Policies

• 30% of total service deposit is required to secure an appointment.

• Full payment is due at the beginning of service.

• Arrive with clean lashes /no makeup.

• Re-schedules must be done within 24hrs before the appointment.

• If the client cancels or reschedules after 24hrs, deposit is not refundable.

• Late appointment becomes a cancellation after 15 min of your scheduled appointment.

• No refunds will be issued after service is performed. I do offer free touch-ups within 3 days of your initial service.

• FILL POLICY: After 3 weeks or if 80% of your lashes are gone, your next visit will be considered a full set.
